Terms of Use

• Use of this website is available only to persons with the legal capacity to contract under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Persons without legal capacity to contract under local law may not use the website’s services.
• If you are a minor (under 18 years of age) you may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.
• If you use the website from outside Saudi Arabia, you are responsible for complying with the local laws that apply to you.
• These terms supersede any prior commercial representations, verbal agreements or understandings, unless additional terms are specified for a particular product or service.

Website Security

You may not violate, or attempt to violate, the security of this website. This includes, without limitation:

• Accessing data not intended for you, or logging into a server or account you are not authorised to use.
• Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the system or network, or attempting to breach security or authentication measures without authorisation.
• Interfering with the service provided to any other user, host or network — including submitting viruses, overloading the site, “flooding”, “spamming” or “mail bombing”.
• Sending unsolicited messages, including commercial offers and advertisements for products or services.
• Forging any part of an IP address, email header or website address in any email or posting.

Violations of system or network security may result in civil and criminal liability.

Registration and Your Account

• Registration requires personal information that we use to complete your transactions and to contact you.
• You agree that we may use and update this information to manage your registration and to protect the confidentiality of your identity during order fulfilment and online payment.
• Information you provide during registration is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and forms part of your transaction record with us.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your device. You accept responsibility for all activity carried out through your account using your password.
• We are not liable to any person for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or other account information.
• If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, please notify us immediately by any means of contact.

Shopping Cart

• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items selected per person, per household or per order.
• The cart is limited to five (5) units of each product.
• Quantity limits are applied to orders placed from the same account, the same credit card, or using the same shipping or billing address. You will be notified if a limit is applied to your account.
• After adding an item to the cart, a purchase order is created; a form is sent for you to complete and confirm your order.

Product Details, Availability and Prices

• While we make every effort to provide accurate and complete information about our products (availability, prices, specifications, images and technical features), typographical errors may occur.
• We aim to display product colours as accurately as possible, but the colours you see depend on your screen settings, which are outside our control.
• Publication of product or service details on the website (including marketing material, advertisements, commercial offers, catalogues and leaflets) is not a guarantee of availability, of offers, or of prices — whether online or in our showrooms.
• Errors may occur in product availability or in detailed pricing information on the website.
• The total cost of a product or service can only be determined once you have submitted your complete order.
• If an order is placed or invoiced at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information, we may either contact you to explain the error and how it will be handled, or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
• If your order is accepted and processed online, the total will be charged to your card and you will be notified by email that payment has been processed correctly.
• Despite our efforts to offer the lowest prices in Saudi Arabia, prices may differ between our showrooms and the website.
• Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery

• Providing complete and correct details — district, street, building, apartment or villa number, phone number and the name of the recipient — allows us to reach you at the agreed time.
• Installation appointments arranged by Binlaswad Store are scheduled within 15 days. Delivery through the courier takes approximately 2 to 4 days.
• Shipping fees are calculated by the product’s weight, size and dimensions according to our contracted carriers. Shipments under 15 kg are charged at SAR 23, with SAR 1 for each additional kilogram.
• For delivery outside the main cities, shipping is paid by the customer, provided the distance does not exceed 120 km from: Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Makkah, Taif, Khobar and Qassim, and within the borders of Saudi Arabia.

• If an item delivered by the courier has a manufacturing defect, it must be returned in its original carton together with a copy of the original invoice. A request must be submitted through our website within 24 hours of receipt; return shipping is then at the company’s expense, or you may call our unified number.
• Products that have already been installed cannot be exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by the Binlaswad Store team.
• Purchased or exchanged products are delivered on the agreed date, within 20 days of purchase and payment confirmation. If the goods are not collected within that period, Binlaswad Store may dispose of them at its discretion.
• For online payments, you may be asked for your national ID, the email confirmation and the card used. Orders are held for a maximum of 4 days. Orders paid in the showroom are held for no more than 24 hours.

Payment

• You may purchase products or services online and pay via the internet, or by visiting our showrooms, subject to the delivery services available in Saudi Arabia.
• All payments and financial settlements must be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
• In the showroom: we accept credit cards, debit cards and cash.
• Online: credit cards (Visa or Mastercard only) and mada cards issued by Saudi banks, processed through our banking service provider’s payment gateway.
• For online payments, you will receive an on-screen confirmation as soon as the payment is accepted.
• We accept no responsibility if a payment is declined or cancelled by your card provider for any reason; you should check the reason with your issuing bank.
• We do not store your card details on our website. All information entered through the payment gateway is encrypted for security, as is the traffic to and from the provider.
• We do not disclose payment information to other companies or individuals except where required by a competent legal authority. This information is processed by our payment processor.
• You must ensure that the card details you use are accurate and valid, and that the card is legally yours.
• Your personal information will not be used or shared with any third party, except to verify the legitimacy of the information, or where required by law, regulation or court order. We are not liable in any way for credit card fraud; you bear full responsibility for the use of fraudulent cards and for proving otherwise.
• If we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, we will inform you directly, and the corresponding amount will be refunded to the card used for payment.
• Using our online payment service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to any of them, please do not use the service.
• For bank transfers, payment is confirmed within no more than 24 hours. A copy of the transfer receipt must be attached for each purchase.

Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any of the following reasons:

• The payment was refused or not accepted.
• The customer delayed payment by more than one (1) hour through the Sadad payment system.
• The customer ordered more than 5 units of the same product.
• The delivery address or contact information provided was incorrect, or the customer could not be reached.
• The customer failed to collect, or was more than 10 days late in collecting, an order paid online under the “collect from showroom” service.
• Wholesale orders exceeding 4 units of the same item per customer may be cancelled at management’s direction.

Order Cancellation by the Customer

• If you wish to cancel before shipping, an administrative fee of 5% applies.
• To cancel, you must contact us first. You may cancel if the order has not yet been shipped or delivered. If cancellation occurs after the order has been shipped, cancellation charges will apply. We reserve the right to compare the time your order was shipped with the time your cancellation request was sent.
• You may also cancel if we are unable to supply or deliver the product or service within a reasonable period of ten (10) business days from the date the order was confirmed.

Governing Law

Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
