When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, the products ordered, order value, and your chosen payment and shipping method.

When you create an account: your name, email address, password (stored encrypted), and your saved addresses and order history.

When you contact us: the name, email, phone number and message you submit through our contact forms or WhatsApp.

Automatically, as you browse: your IP address, browser type and language, device type, referring page, the pages and products you view, and cookie identifiers.

We do not collect or store your full credit card number, card expiry date, or CVV on our servers. Card details are entered directly with our payment providers (see section 4).

3. How we use your information

• To process, ship and deliver your orders, and to handle returns or refunds.
• To contact you about your order, or to answer your enquiries.
• To create and manage your customer account.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security threats.
• To measure how our website and advertising perform, and to show you relevant ads.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Payments

We offer the following payment methods. When you pay, you are redirected to the provider’s secure page, and your card or banking details are handled by them — not by us. Each provider processes your data under its own privacy policy:

• HyperPay — credit card and mada debit card payments
• Tabby — buy now, pay later / instalments
• Tamara — buy now, pay later / instalments
• Bank transfer — you send payment directly to our bank account

To complete a payment, these providers receive the information needed for the transaction, such as your name, contact details, order amount and order reference. Instalment providers (Tabby, Tamara) may also carry out their own eligibility checks.

5. Shipping

To deliver your order, we share your name, delivery address and phone number with our shipping partners so they can contact you and complete the delivery.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your shopping cart and login session working, to remember your language preference, and to measure and advertise our products. The following third-party tools are active on our website:

• Our hosting and email service providers, who store and transmit data on our behalf.
• Government or regulatory authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep order and invoice records for as long as required by Saudi tax and commercial law. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Contact form messages and website analytics data are kept only as long as they remain useful for the purpose they were collected.

9. Security

Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all traffic. We use a web application firewall and malware scanning to protect against attacks, and access to customer data is limited to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10. Your rights

You may ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your account and personal data, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Stop sending you marketing messages.
